3 cities favorable for employment and housing
Lille, Grenoble and Dijon:
Analyzing the data by aggregating employment , salary and
housing ... it is, in this real estate context sometimes in tension, the
methodology deployed by Meilleurstaux.com and Jobijoba for the realization of
the first edition of their indicator Work and Live in order to establish the
top 20 French cities.
On the podium, Lille, Grenoble and Dijon. An estimated
detour by Paradissimmo makes it possible to measure the price differences
between the three winners:
Lille : 2989 € / m2 for an apartment and 2819 € / m2 for a
house
Grenoble : 2448 € / m2 for an apartment and 2064 € / m2 for
a house
Dijon : 2000 € / m2 for an apartment and 1799 € / m2 for a
house
In detail, Lille posts 12.3 offers of CDI per 100
inhabitants: hires increased by 10% in 2017 on engineers, developers, health
and tertiary profiles. Grenoble follows with similar characteristics. While
Dijon consolidates its 3rd place thanks to the authorized real estate
purchasing power (73 m2 on average against 57 m2 in Lille and 66 m2 in
Grenoble).
Follow Lyon (4th), Nantes (5th), Toulouse (6th) and Rennes
(7th). Paris (15th) is different in terms of its specificity: the average
purchasing power is 23.8 m2 even if it is the most dynamic region of France
according to another barometer, the one published by Regionsjob : job offers
jumped 73% between January 2016 and 2017! The average prices in the capital,
according to Paradissimmo , amount to 8314 € / m2 for an apartment and 8158 € /
m2 for a house with a population of 76% of executives
